Scope of Applications Covered


This Privacy Policy applies to all of Terrabyte Inc.'s consumer apps and services, including:

  • Terra – a gaming app featuring augmented reality (AR) games.
  • Ripple – app featuring AI-native gameplay powered by cloud-based artificial intelligence systems.

Our websites do not support or allow gameplay. Interactive and immersive features are accessed via the installed Apps only.

Behavioral Analytics

Camera Feed Data (AR Features)


For apps that use augmented reality (AR), such as Terra, we may access your device's front- or rear-facing camera to enable AR functionality:

  • This includes mapping your environment or face to anchor digital experiences.
  • All camera feed and environmental tracking data is processed locally on your device and never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.

AI Gameplay Inputs (Ripple)


Ripple includes AI-powered games that process user inputs, such as text and voice, in order to generate real-time gameplay experiences using artificial intelligence. Specifically:

  • Your inputs may be transmitted to Google Gemini, a third-party cloud-based AI service, for real-time processing.
  • These inputs are logged by Terrabyte Inc. for purposes such as performance monitoring, gameplay improvement, and debugging.
  • We do not log or collect any personally identifiable information (PII) as part of this process.
  • By using Ripple, you consent to the use of your gameplay inputs by our AI systems and Google Gemini.

How We Use Your Information


We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To operate, maintain, and improve our Services and Apps.
  • To provide a smooth and personalized user experience.
